Moody's downgrades Atlantia, Autostrade, Aeroporti

Moody's Investors Service said it downgraded the senior unsecured rating to Atlantia SpA to Baa3 from Baa2.

Moody's also said it downgraded the issuer and senior unsecured ratings on Autostrade per l'Italia SpA to Baa2 from Baa1.

The agency also said it downgraded the senior unsecured and senior secured ratings on Aeroporti di Roma SpA to Baa2 from Baa1.

All of ratings remain on review for downgrade.

The downgrades reflect the persistent downside risks weighing on the companies' credit profiles, Moody's said.

The group remains particularly susceptible to the heightened political event risk, characterized the Italian sovereign, which saw its rating recently downgraded to the Baa3 level, the agency added.
