Moody’s changes Atlantia, Autostrade per l’Italia view to developing

Moody’s Investors Service said it changed the outlooks to developing from negative of Atlantia SpA and Autostrade per l’Italia SpA (ASPI).

Moody’s affirmed Atlantia’s Ba2 long term corporate family rating and Ba3 senior unsecured rating Moody’s also affirmed the Ba3 senior unsecured ratings of Autostrade.

“The change in outlook to developing from negative is driven by the preliminary agreement between ASPI, Atlantia and the Italian government to settle the ongoing dispute over alleged negligence by ASPI in management of its toll road network after the collapse of the Polcevera viaduct in Genoa on Aug. 14, 2018,” Moody’s said in a press release.
