Moody’s gives Techniplas notes B3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B2 corporate family rating and a B2-PD probability of default rating to Techniplas, LLC.

Concurrently, Moody's said it assigned a provisional B3 rating (LGD4, 63%) to the planned €135 million of senior secured notes to be issued by Techniplas BV.

The outlook is stable.

The agency said that the ratings are supported by the company's diversified revenue base generated by entities, which are operated independently and with a wide range of different products.
