OUE to redeem all S$2.25 million outstanding 1.5% convertibles

Chicago, Sept. 10 – OUE Ltd. announced that it will redeem all of the S$2.25 million outstanding 1.5% convertible bonds due 2023 on Oct. 13, according to a notice.

The redemption represents 1.45% of the original principal amount of the convertibles originally issued on April 13, 2018.

The convertibles were listed on the Singapore Exchange.

The real estate developer is based in Singapore.
