Los Angeles, Jan. 27 – Reliance Standard Life Global Funding II priced a non-marketed $450 million offering of 5.243% funding agreement-backed notes due Feb. 2, 2026 on Thursday, according to a market source.
The notes priced with a spread of 135 basis points over Treasuries.
The deal was upsized from $425 million.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC was the bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering.
The issuer is a financing arm of Philadelphia-based Reliance Standard Life Insurance Co.
