Thomas Cook to price €400 million senior notes due 2021 on Friday

Portland, Ore., Jan. 14 – Thomas Cook Finance plc plans to price a €400 million offering of senior notes due June 2021 (expected ratings /B/B+) on Friday, according to a market source.

An investor lunch is scheduled to take place on Thursday, the source added.

Global coordinator Credit Suisse will bill and deliver. Royal Bank of Scotland is also a global coordinator. Barclays, BNP Paribas, CM-CIC Securities, DNB, Jefferies, KBC, Lloyds, Nordea and SG CIB are joint bookrunners.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S for life notes come with three years of call protection.

The London-based travel company plans to use the proceeds to refinance debt.
