New Issue: JPMorgan sells $11.43 million digital notes linked to S&P 500 Equal Weight Energy

Columbus, Ohio, March 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $11.43 million of 0% digital notes due April 6, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 Equal Weight Energy index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The guarantor is JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index finishes at or above 90% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 18.65%.

Investors will lose 1.111% for each 1% index decline beyond 10%.
