HCi Viocare secures $141,950 from private placement of common stock

Company offers 294,875 shares at $0.50 and $0.40 apiece through deal

Knoxville, Tenn., March 11 – HCi Viocare completed a $120,000 private placement of stock on March 8, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It raised a further $21,950 on March 9.

The company sold 240,000 common shares at $0.50 per share in the March 8 tranche and 54,875 common shares at $0.40 per share on March 9. The prices per share reflect 39.02% and 51.22% discounts to the March 7 closing share price of $0.82.

The development-stage company is based in Glasgow.
