Lone investor purchases 200,000 common shares at $0.50 per share

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 14 – HCi Viocare completed a $100,000 private placement of stock with a single investor on Oct. 7, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 200,000 common shares at $0.50 apiece. The price per share reflects a 33.33% discount to the Oct. 6 closing share price of $0.75.
The development-stage company is based in Glasgow. It is working to create a chain of prosthetics and orthotics and diabetic foot clinics in Europe and the Middle East and developing a portfolio of biomedical technologies in the diabetic foot, prosthetics and orthotics and other health and wellbeing areas.
