Acxiom shareholders led by ValueAct sell 2.75 million shares

Charlotte, N.C., March 19 - Acxiom Corp. investors led by ValueAct Capital Master Fund, LP sold 2,750,170 shares of the company's stock between Feb. 23 and March 19 at prices from $7.25 to $8.78 each.

The transactions were reported in a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Between Feb. 3 and Feb. 13, ValueAct sold 1,197,574 shares of the company's stock at prices from $9.50 to $10.54 each, a prior SEC filing said.

ValueAct beneficially owns 3,634,782 shares, or 4.6%, of the company's common stock.

Acxiom is a Little Rock, Ark., provider of customer and information management services.
