S&P: Acxiom outlook stable

Standard & Poor's said it revised the outlook on Acxiom Corp. to stable from negative and affirmed the BB corporate credit and BB+ senior secured ratings.

The outlook revision follows S&P's review of the business and financial strategy with Acxiom's new chief executive officer, according to the agency. The company is expected to maintain a moderate financial policy after ending its attempted leveraged buyout.

The rating reflects the company's good niche market position and adequate cash flow, S&P noted.

Acxiom is expected to manage a debt-to-EBITDA ratio at 3.2 times or less, S&P said.
