Acxiom shareholders led by ValueAct Capital sell more than 1 million shares

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 25 - Acxiom Corp. investors led by ValueAct Capital Master Fund, LP sold 1,037,455 shares of the company's stock between Nov. 12 and Nov. 20 at prices from $6.79 to $7.02 each.

ValueAct beneficially owns approximately 7.58 million shares, or 9.7%, of the company's common stock, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Acxiom is a Little Rock, Ark., provider of customer and information management services.
