New Issue: Issuer prices $700,000 trigger autocallables linked to Nasdaq, Russell, S&P

By Angela McDaniels

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 7 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $700,000 of trigger autocallable contingent yield notes due April 5, 2028 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Each month, the notes pay a contingent coupon at the rate of 10.5% per year if each index closes at or above its downside threshold level, 70% of its initial level, on the observation date for that month.

After six months, the notes will be automatically called at par of $10 if each index closes at or above its initial level on any monthly observation date.

If the notes are not called and each index finishes at or above its downside threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the least-performing index declines from its initial level.

UBS Securities LLC and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
