New Issue: JPMorgan sells $719,000 capped dual directional buffered notes on S&P, Nasdaq

Chicago, April 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $719,000 of 0% capped dual directional buffered equity notes due April 2, 2024 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index and the S&P 500, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the final level of each index is greater than or equal to its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the least performing index’s return, capped at par plus 12%.
If the least performing index falls by up to 15%, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of its return.
If the final level of any index is less than its initial level by more than 15%, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the least-performing index declines beyond 15%.
