NewStar Clarendon to redeem class A-1, A-2, B, C notes on July 25

New York, July 15 – NewStar Clarendon Fund CLO LLC announced that it will redeem its class A-1, A-2, B and C notes on July 25 in connection with a refinancing, according to a notice to noteholders from trustee U.S. Bank NA.

The record date for the redeemed notes will be July 3.

The redemption price for each redeemed note will be:

• $141,045,365.19 for the class A-1 notes;

• $56,380,732.26 for the class A-2 notes;

• $43,269,929.65 for the class B notes; and

• $25,882,254.03 for the class C notes.

The redemption price for each class of notes is par plus accrued interest.
