New Issue: Arkansas Development prices $107.75 million Washington Regional bonds

New York, Dec. 17 – The Arkansas Development Finance Authority sold $107.75 million of series 2015 hospital revenue bonds for the Washington Regional Medical Center, said a pricing sheet.
The deal included $29.93 million of series 2015A construction bonds and $77.82 million of series 2015B refunding bonds.
The 2015A bonds are due 2033, 2035 and 2038. The 2033 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 110.733 to yield 3.71%, and the 2035 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 109.852 to yield 3.81%. The 2038 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 96.919 to yield 4.21%.
The 2015B bonds are due 2016 to 2030 with term bonds due in 2033 and 2035. The serial coupons range from 3% to 5% with 1.09% to 3.75% yields. The 2033 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 110.733 to yield 3.71%, and the 2035 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 109.852 to yield 3.81%.
The bonds (Baa1) were sold through Crews & Associates.
Proceeds will be used to finance construction, equipment and acquisition of health-care facilities for Washington Regional Medical Center as well as to refund the authority’s series 2005A-B revenue bonds.
