MMA Capital taps two new execs to support renewable energy financing

By Lisa Kerner

Charlotte, N.C., Oct. 5 – MMA Capital Management, LLC announced the addition of two key industry employees to support its renewable energy financing activities, including the debt financing platform offered by MMA Energy Capital.

Danielle Rose and Mark Domine joined MMA to manage the growth in originating and structuring debt transactions in renewable energy with emphasis in the solar energy space, according to the news release.

Rose joins MMA from Ameresco, where she worked in project finance structuring energy transactions. Domine was previously with SunEdison, where he led that company’s partner and project acquisitions business.

“Greentech Media estimates that the United States will add one gigawatt of new solar power every month through the year 2016,” said MMA managing director Bob Hopper.

“And we see further growth in other efficient energy production systems such as combined heat and power and we are staffing accordingly to take advantage of the market opportunity.”

MMA Capital is a real estate asset management company based in Baltimore.
