Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 8 – Overtech Corp. settled a $3 million private placement of stock on Dec. 5, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 2.4 million common shares at $1.25 per share, which is identical to the closing share price on Dec. 5.
The company develops and markets mobile games.
