Magnetite XI holders mull redemption of six classes of notes

New York, May 10 – Magnetite XI, Ltd./Magnetite XI LLC said that holders of a majority of its secured notes are considering an optional redemption of the notes.

The rated notes include the class A1R, A2R, BR, CR, D and subordinated notes, according to a notice.

Citibank NA is the trustee.
