Magnetite XI subordinated notes’ final payment set for March 31

Olympia, Wash., March 16 – Magnetite XI, Ltd./Magnetite XI, LLC’s investment manager, BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., notified trustee Citibank, NA that that the final payment for the subordinated notes (Cusips: 55953FAC1, G57478AB8, 55953FAD9) will occur on March 31.

The subordinated notes were previously set to mature in 2026.

The investment manager is based in New York.
