Societe Fonciere Lyonnaise calls €289.6 million of 2.25% notes

Lexington, Ky., July 27 – Societe Fonciere Lyonnaise (SFL) will redeem early €289.6 million of its 2.25% notes due Nov. 16, 2022 (ISIN: FR0013053030), according to a press release Wednesday.

The notes will be redeemed on Sept. 1.

Accrued interest to the redemption date will also be paid in a total of €5,159,252.96.

The fiscal agent and paying agent is BNP Paribas Securities Services.

The notes were originally issued on Nov. 16, 2015 in a total issue size of €500 million.

SFL is a commercial real estate company based in Paris.
