International Game Technology calls subsidiary’s 5.35% notes due 2023

Los Angeles, Dec. 22 – International Game Technology plc announced that direct wholly owned subsidiary International Game Technology (a Nevada corporation) has exercised its option to redeem in full its $60,567,000 5.35% notes due 2023 (Cusip: 459902AT9) on Jan. 23.

The redemption price is equal to the sum of the present values of the remaining scheduled payments of principal and interest discounted to the redemption date on a semiannual basis at Treasuries plus 40 basis points.

The issuer will also pay accrued interest.

The paying agent is Computershare Trust Co., NA.

International Game Technology is a London-based gaming company.
