Sale of 504,453 shares has both brokered, registered direct components

San Luis Obispo, Calif., Nov. 21 – 6D Global Technologies, Inc. raised $1.1 million through a brokered private placement and a separate registered direct offering of stock, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold a total of 504,453 shares at $2.07 each. Of the proceeds, $444,899 was raised via placement agent Radnor Research & Trading Co., LLC, and $607.599 was raised through the direct registered offering.
The price per share is a 62.16% discount to the closing share price of $5.47 on Nov. 20.
The digital technology solutions provider is based in New York.
