New Issue: California Statewide sells $153.83 million of Huntington Memorial bonds

New York, Nov. 19 – The California Statewide Communities Development Authority priced $153.83 million of series 2014B refunding revenue bonds for the Huntington Memorial Hospital, according to a pricing sheet.
The bonds (/A/) were sold through Barclays.
The bonds are due 2015 to 2016 and 2018 to 2034 with term bonds due in 2039 and 2044. The serial coupons range from 3% to 5%. The 2039 bonds have a 4% coupon priced at 98.305 and the 2044 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 108.966.
Proceeds will be used to redeem outstanding bonds.
