Missouri Development Board plans $86.04 million Fulton Hospital bonds
By Sheri Kasprzak
New York, Nov. 18 – The Missouri Development Finance Board is on tap Wednesday to price $86,035,000 of series 2014 State of Missouri annual appropriation bonds for the Fulton State Hospital, according to a preliminary official statement.
The bonds (Aa1/AA+/AA+) will be sold competitively with Columbia Capital Management LLC as the financial adviser.
The bonds are due 2015 to 2039.
Proceeds will be used to construct, equip, furnish and design a new Fulton State Hospital and to demolish the existing facility, which currently does not meet state mental health care standards.
