S&P: Survey Sampling on developing watch

S&P said it placed all the ratings on Survey Sampling International LLC, including the B- corporate credit rating, on CreditWatch with developing implications.

The agency said the CreditWatch placement follows Survey Sampling's announcement that it intends to merge with Research Now Group Inc.

“We will monitor any developments related to the proposed transaction, including the ultimate financing structure and the likelihood of successful completion, and resolve the CreditWatch placement no later than the transaction's closing,” S&P said in a news release.
