S&P views Antero Midstream positively

S&P said it changed its outlook for Antero Midstream Partners LP to positive from stable and affirmed its BB ratings.

The outlook revision mirrors a similar action on its parent Antero Resources Corp. to positive, the agency said.

S&P said it would raise Antero Midstream ratings if it upgrades Antero Resources’ ratings.
