India-focused Indus Gas gets tenders for 99% of 8% notes due 2022

Chicago, March 8 – Indus Gas Ltd. accepted tenders for S$99 million of its S$100 million 8% senior unsecured notes due 2022.

After settlement on March 8, there will be S$1 million of the notes left outstanding, according to a notice.

The company began tendering for the notes on Feb. 22 at a price of par plus accrued interest to but excluding the settlement date.

The offer ended at 4 a.m. ET on March 7.

Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch is the tender agent.

Indus Gas is an oil and gas exploration and development company with assets in India. It is based in St. Peter Port, Guernsey, with an office in London.
