New York, April 21 – Indus Gas Ltd. said it priced a S$100 million offering of notes due April 2018 with an 8% coupon.
The notes were sold from the company’s $300 million medium-term note program.
Proceeds will be used to fund drilling in the company’s Rajasthan Block.
Further tranches may be sold from the MTN program, depending on the company’s financing needs and the terms available in the market, Indus Gas said in an announcement.
Indus Gas is an oil and gas exploration and development company with assets in India. It is based in St. Peter Port, Guernsey, with an office in London.
