Build NYC Resource preps $96.3 million bond offering for Pratt Paper

New York, Nov. 17 – The Build NYC Resource Corp. is set to price $96.3 million of series 2014 solid waste disposal revenue bonds for Pratt Paper (NY), Inc., according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds will be sold through sole underwriter BofA Merrill Lynch.

The bonds are due in 2020, 2025 and 2035.

Proceeds will be used to acquire and install solid waste disposal equipment for Pratt Paper, as well as to refund the corporation’s series 1995 bonds.
