New York, Feb. 21 – Russia’s EuroChem Group AG has selected banks and scheduled a roadshow for a planned U.S. dollar-denominated benchmark offering of five-year notes (Ba3//BB), according to a syndicate source on Thursday.

The company has also announced a tender offer for its outstanding dollar notes due 2020 and 2021. The tender is scheduled to expire March 5.

Citigroup and JPMorgan are joint global coordinators and bookrunners of the new Rule 144A and Regulation S notes offering, and Sberbank CIB, Societe Generale, Unicredit and VTB Capital are joint lead managers and joint bookrunners.

Meetings will be held in Moscow, Zurich and London beginning on Tuesday.

The fertilizer company is based in Moscow.
