Credit Suisse plans return enhanced notes tied to S&P Regional Banks

Knoxville, Tenn., June 6 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price 0% return enhanced notes due June 26, 2019 linked to the S&P Regional Banks Select Industry index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus double any gain in the index, up to a maximum return of 20%.

Investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline from the initial level.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes (Cusip: 22550WXC6) will price June 8 and settle June 13.
