Scatec Solar to redeem NOK 750 million senior bonds

New York, Feb. 16 – Scatec Solar ASA plans to fully redeem its remaining NOK 750 million outstanding of its NOK 1 billion senior bonds 2017/2021 (ISIN: NO0010809684), according to a news release.

The bonds are being called at 101.5 plus interest for holders of record on Feb. 26.

Settlement is March 2.

Nordic Trustee AS is the trustee.

Oslo-based Scatec builds, owns, operates and maintains solar power plants.
