Chicago, Aug. 24 – Barclays Bank plc priced $5,000 of 0% barrier notes due Sept. 10, 2021 linked to the common stock of Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Notes and Exchange Commission.
If the stock finishes at or above 65% of its initial price, the payout at maturity will be par plus the premium payment of 5.5%.
Otherwise%, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the stock from its initial price.
