New Issue: Taiwan’s Taipei Fubon sells NT$1.75 billion 1.3% seven-year debentures

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 2 – Fubon Financial Holding Co. announced that subsidiary Taipei Fubon Bank priced NT$1.75 billion of seven-year subordinated financial debentures at par with a 1.3% coupon.

This is the company’s fourth issue of subordinated financial debentures for 2017.

Proceeds from the non-underwritten offering will be used to meet mid- or long-term funding needs or to raise the BIS ratio.

Fubon Financial is a financial services company based in Taipei, Taiwan.
