Los Angeles, Sept. 4 – Fubon Financial Holding Co. priced NT$20 billion of bonds at par in three tranches, according to a Taiwan Stock Exchange notice.
The issue includes NT$6.5 billion of 0.59% four-year bonds, NT$5.6 billion of 0.66% seven-year bonds and NT$7.9 billion of 0.7% 10-year bonds.
Fubon Securities Co., Ltd. is the underwriter.
This is the company’s second issue of corporate bonds for 2020. The company had announced in March that it planned to issue up to NT$40 billion of bonds in one or more tranches this year.
Proceeds from the public offering will be used to adjust the company’s financial structure and for repayments, according to the notice.
Fubon Financial is a financial services company based in Taipei, Taiwan.
