Waste Italia starts roadshow for €200 million five-year secured notes via Jefferies

Portland, Ore., Nov. 4 – Waste Italia SpA began a roadshow in London on Tuesday for a €200 million offering of five-year senior secured notes, according to a market source.

The roadshow moves to the European continent on Thursday and to the United States in the week ahead.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S for life deal via bookrunner Jefferies is also set to price during the week ahead.

The notes come with three years of call protection.

Moody’s Investors Service and Fitch Ratings are expected to assign credit ratings to the notes.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt, to fund acquisitions and for general corporate purposes.

Waste Italia is a Milan-based vertically integrated provider of waste management services in northern Italy.
