New Issue: UBS prices $1.43 million trigger autocallable optimization securities linked to Discover

New York, March 8 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $1,425,000 of 0% trigger autocallable optimization securities due March 11, 2022 linked to the common stock of Discover Financial Services, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus a call return of 25.38% per year if Discover Financial shares close at or above the initial share price on any observation date, which occurs every month.

If the notes are not called and Discover Financial shares finish at or above the trigger price, 80% of the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the share price decline from the initial price.

UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
