Malaysia’s Eastern & Oriental plans to offer medium-term notes

Madison, Wis., Oct. 31 – Malaysia’s Eastern & Oriental Bhd. (E&O) has proposed a medium-term note program.

The Securities Commission Malaysia authorized a medium-term note program and a commercial paper program with a combined limit of up to RM 500 million on Thursday, according to a Bursa Malaysia announcement.

E&O is a luxury lifestyle property developer based in Kuala Lumpur.
