Fiat Chrysler lifts revolver to €6.25 billion, extends to March 2022

Columbus, Ohio, March 30 – Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV amended its revolving credit facility with 27 banks entered in June 2015 to increase its size to €6.25 billion from €5 billion and extend its final maturity to March 2022, according to a press release.

The revolver consists of two €3,125,000,000 tranches – one with a 37-month tenor and two extension options of one year and of 11 months exercisable on the first two anniversaries of the amendment and the other with a 60-month tenor.

Proceeds will be available for general corporate purposes and for working capital.

Fiat Chrysler is a London-based automaker.
