Fiat Chrysler readies launch of term debt amendments for Monday

New York, March 4 – Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV is scheduled to hold a lender call at 11 a.m. ET on Monday to launch amendments to its term loan due in 2017 and term loan due in 2018, according to a market source.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the administrative agent on the 2017 loan, and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the administrative agent on the 2018 loan.

Amendment consents will be due on Thursday, the source said.

Fiat Chrysler is a London-based automaker.
