iHeartMedia disclosure statement hearing now scheduled for Sept. 13

Pittsburgh, Aug. 28 – iHeartMedia, Inc.’s disclosure statement hearing has been adjourned to Sept. 13, according to a notice filed Monday with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

The hearing was previously scheduled for Aug. 29.

The disclosure statement objection deadline was extended to 5 p.m. ET on Sept. 5 from 5 p.m. ET on Aug. 27.

The notice did not give a reason for the adjournment.

iHeartMedia is a media and entertainment company based in San Antonio. The company filed bankruptcy on March 15 under Chapter 11 case number 18-31274.
