iHeartMedia U.S. Trustee names official unsecured creditors committee

Pittsburgh, March 22 – iHeartMedia, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed Wednesday by acting Region 7 U.S. Trustee Henry G. Hobbs Jr., according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
The committee members are Sandra E. Horwitz of Delaware Trust Co. of Wilmington, Del.; Patrick J. Healy of Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB of Wilmington, Del.; Jessica S. Jiang of The Nielsen Co. (US), LLC of New York; Brieanne Jackson of SoundExchange, Inc. of Washington, D.C.; Jessica Goldenberg of Warner Music Inc. of New York; Steven Kim of Spotify USA, Inc. of New York; and Lan Nguyen, representing Univision Communications, Inc.
iHeartMedia is a media and entertainment company based in San Antonio. The company filed bankruptcy on March 15 under Chapter 11 case number 18-31274.
