Ingersoll-Rand redeems 6.875% notes due 2018, 2.875% notes due 2019

Minneapolis, March 19 – Ingersoll-Rand Global Holding Co. Ltd. redeemed all $750 million of its 6.875% senior notes due Aug. 15, 2018 and $350 million of 2.875% senior notes due Jan. 15, 2019, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The 6.875% notes were redeemed at a price of 101.8617754 and the 2.875% notes at 100.4186652, in each case plus accrued interest to the redemption date of March 15.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee for the 6.875% notes, and the Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee for the 2.875% notes.
