Enel to sell £500 million senior sustainability-linked bond at 99.747

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 14 – Enel Finance International NV (Baa2/BBB+/A-) will price £500 million of senior sustainability-linked bonds at 99.747, according to a market source.

As previously reported, the bonds will have four-year, seven-year and 15-year maturities.

J.P. Morgan Securities plc is the stabilization manager and Barclays, Banc of America Securities Europe, BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Credit Agricole CIB, Deutsche Bank AG, Goldman Sachs International, HSBC, Morgan Stanley International, Natixis and Societe Generale are the stabilization managers.

Enel Finance is a financing arm of Rome-based electricity and gas manufacturer and distributor Enel SpA.
