VeriSilicon to sell American Depositary Shares in initial public sale

Barclays, Jefferies, Stifel and Wells Fargo are the joint bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 17 – VeriSilicon Holdings Co., Ltd. will price its initial public offering of American Depositary Shares representing ordinary shares with a greenshoe option, according to a Form F-1 filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Barclays, Jefferies, Stifel and Wells Fargo Securities are the joint bookrunners. Oppenheimer & Co.is the co-manager.

Proceeds will be used for working capital and general corporate purposes.

The Shanghai, China, company has developed an IP-centric, platform-based, end-to-end semiconductor design service. The company has applied to list the ADSs on the Nasdaq under the symbol “VERI.”
