MCF CLO IV to issue new A-R, B-R, C-R, D-R, E-R notes via refinancing

Minneapolis, Sept. 18 – MCF CLO IV LLC plans to issue five classes of notes via a refinancing, according to a notice from trustee Wells Fargo Bank, NA.

Specifically, MCF CLO IV will issue new class A-R notes (/AAA(sf)/AAA(sf)), class B-R notes (/AA(sf)/), class C-R notes (/A(sf)/), class D-R notes (/BBB-(sf)/) and class E-R notes (/BB-(sf)/)

Chicago-based Madison Capital Funding LLC is the collateral manager.
