Hungarian Development Bank buys back €28.39 million bonds at 101.97

Chicago, Jan. 28 – MFB Hungarian Development Bank plc announced it has purchased €28.39 million of its €500 million international bonds due May 31, 2016.
MFB will settle the buyback on Jan. 29 at an average net price of 101.97, according to a notice filed with the London Stock Exchange.
Following the transaction, the outstanding principal amount of the bonds will be €376,721,000.
The issuer is based in Budapest.
