Hungarian Development Bank buys back €94.89 million bonds at 102.12

Chicago, Jan. 15 – MFB Hungarian Development Bank plc said it purchased €94,889,000 of its €500 million bonds due May 31, 2016.

MFB has arranged to buy back the bonds on Jan. 18 and Jan. 19 at an average net price of 102.12, according to a notice by the Budapest-based bank.

Afterward, the outstanding principal amount of the bonds will be €405,111,000.

The issuer is based in Budapest.
