Hungarian Development Bank intends to issue €300 million notes

Atlanta, Dec. 1 – MFB Hungarian Development Bank Private Co. Ltd. is looking to issue €300 million of notes, according to a company filing.

Societe Generale is the bookrunner for the deal.
